View Full Version : How to check if my box is original?
I try to register in www.vygistoolbox.com but my activation letter don't arrive. But i have some problems with my mailbox - mails from some servers never arrived. So now I wonder if my box is not original and activation was declined or I don't recieved activation letter. Gobi, please, can you help me via PM or ICQ?

If you have buyed your box from one of the listed reseller/distributor al www.VygisToolbox.com, and you have registrered with the CORRECT DONGLE ID, then your account gets activated in a matter of hours.
If you have buyed from another source a Vygisdongle (not listed on our website) , then contact your reseller... In this case it do NOT means anything bad (till now we have not seen any VygisToolbox cloned), but we can directly help only our direct customer.

i think is best to support u must frist buying from reseller in orginal site
and then u can find all your help from your reseller

The fact is that there isn't reseller for Bulgaria in your list. And my reseller is from Bulgaria (as me).
Problem solved (or just get clear) now. I have Vygis box (LPT dongle) and not toolbox. Till now I didn't know that theese are different things. Thanks anyway. It's pity but I will have no access to support zone, it's seems good.
