after making sure that the batteries and phone are fully charged and following all the directions to the letter still can not unlock the GX30 any help please. The "XXXX" does not appear on the phone screen after the button has been pressed on the uni-clip ????????????????????

try this
Sharp GX30, TM100
1) Put 4 fully charged AA Batteries in Uni-Clip
2) Connect the cable to Uni-Clip
3) Make sure the phone is ON without a sim card in.
4) Connect the phone to the cable (ensure there is a good connection)
5) Turn Uni-Clip on using the black switch on the side of the clip
6) Press the button on the clip once
7) After a few seconds the phone will display "XXXX" on the screen,
leave "XXXX" on the screen for 5 seconds then disconnect the phone from cable!
(if the screen goes white with text, turn phone off by pressing the select button (top right button) on phone keypad 3 times - Then turn the phone back on to see "XXXX")
8) Enter the number 1 on the phones keypad
9) Enter 99 on the phones kepad and then press the select button (top right on phone keypad)
10) Wait for 5 seconds and press the number 3 on the phones keypad
wait 5 seconds then press the select button (top right on phone keypad) wait a further 10 seconds
11) When it says "Finished please any key" turn phone off by pressing select button (top right on phone keypad) 3 times

Dear Sir,
If you need help to use uniclip, please let us know..we are here to help you..
You can ask your suplier to explain you how to use Uniclip, or you can read fonedoctor forum, or if your suplier can not help you, then write a e-mail to uniclip support team together with a contact number...

I have unlocked many sendo phones with uni clip I am unlocking them within a matter of three seconds as far as sharp is concerned I have unlocked gx30 tm100 today not had a single problem
PS: as far as other supported models never had problem with uni clip its a piece cake unlocking nokia phones within a couple seconds some the new phones i have tried and unlocked with success are 7610,3200,1100,6610i
And i have tried many others such as Panasonic, sharp, lg not facing a single problem
Please let me know what sort problems you are having id love 2 help you m8 as i personally my self after using the uni clip before it was officially released once I was taught how to use the uni clip had instructions as they are now I have never faced a single problem

hi m8 just to let you know
whilst unlocking the gx30 with uniclip make sure you use rj45 gx30 cable and not the gx15 usb cable and you should be ok

i have yet to unlock sendo 550 or gx30, have done everything by the book, but instead of the lights going out , they just flicker and nothing happens, there is nothing wrong with the fones as i have unlocked them with other clips

strange i have never had problem contact me via icq ill help you in using clip and ill let u know exactly what problem is

i just got uni clip and right now im not happy with it , im trying to unlock gx30 but i cant . i followed instructions step by step but no XXXX is displayed on lcd . simplesolutions i would contact u on icq if u will show ur icq number . thx pls help .
when i press uniclip button lights will go off then on again
then if i press again lights will flicker for a couple of seconds then will light on again . please note that RJ45 cable for gx30 wasnt supplied , USB Gx30 was supplied . cant i unlock using USB ?

contcat your reseller as you should have been supplied with rj45 gx30 cable without this you can not unlock the sharp gx30 the usb cable is supplied to unlock the sharp gx15

hi , thanks alot for your response , i contacted my reseller and he has to sort me out . so altough there is written Gx30 on USB Cable its d cable to unlock Gx15 ? .

:) yep your absolutely right bang on the usb cable is to unlock the sharp gx15 and rj45 is for gx30 :)

Fone Doctor send me USB GX30 instead of the RJ45 Cable.
Trying to unlock Sharp TM100. Now have to wait for the RJ45 that I purchase from else where.
works perfekt with Sharp
I opend 10 Pc with no problem!
Maby you battery is too low Charged!!

Have you follwed the setting of cable proceedure. Had problems simlar to above in getting it to work, but found following http://forums.fonedoctor.co.uk/showthread.php?t=312 and set cable as in proceedure pointed out.
