V50 dead

Hello

have here dead v50 , i flash it via TP (atmel flash inside)
flashed ok .. but cant power on .
Rezistance on batery contacts is same as on good v50 phone.
On power on button there is 2.67V
any idea ?
I tried also rehot
flash ic
ram ic
Gcap
CPU
no result.

hmm , maybe i know where is problem
i flashed it with flash for unlocking v50 x14xx with atmel flash inside .
and i think its not fullrepairflash.
so im looking for fullflash repair for v50 with atmel flash inside.
