All CDs you sent to me cant read by CDROOM, I tried with many CP CDROOM same, I have sent mail to you not yet reply, plz give me box s/n ready reader because I want go to support area download software,

- At last, after more then 20 on the way i reached home. So, now i am back online again ...

I have sent you also the needed software, here also the instructions:

In order to read the dongle ID, please :

- Install the drivers for the dongle (take care: the dongle must NOT be connected to the PC)
- After installing the drivers, Connect dongle and run dongle id software

All done thanks, I now just want to know about switch function M-BUS, F-BUS and VCC ON, VCC OFF, when we use this switch ? Thanks again,..

- FBUS switch - for Vygis ALLTIME

(Only if box used as USBunibox you need for some phone models like Nokia, Bosch) Mbus

- Vcc switch OFF , except if flashing Mitsubishi phones.

Follow this good working but now I needed Repair flashe for W5200, I look support page didn't have it. This phone cant power but I can read and write flash with it. BR.

i have buyed new vygis software and i already installed the drivers but i have one problem...
when i want to open :LG_1_42 it says 3-HARDWARE KEY NOT FOUND..
and when i want to open another software like LG_1_42SC it says protection Card not Found
please pleas please i want your help i have this problem from 5 days and i now get this forum and i definetly registered please help as soon as possible
