"bad registration file"

hi guys when i start the program for the vygistoolbox i get this message "bad registration file" is it because my seller gave me a bad .reg file? plz help me cause im going crazy,after 3 days i am still fighting to make this toolbox work! thanks in advance!

Gobi since i read in the other post that u helped that other italian guy with the .reg file i also sent u my s/n to your mail hoping that u can also help me giving me the correct .reg file! again...thanks in advance!

File sent to you was not created by me...i just forwarded to you the one i got from my distributor.
Anyway you have not been the only one to get this error message...

yeah but can anybody in charge here solve my problem plz cause its pretty annoying to have something that im trying to make it work since 3 days cause my seller cant send the software inside cause its "illegal"

Hi,

First of all - your support MUST come in first line from your reseller.

Second - everybody receive help here - but you must be also little bit patient and not post every 4 hours.


Now about your problem:

- ONLY ONE reg file must be in the directory with the exe file.
You probably have there more then one.

- There is only a verry small chance that your reg file is not ok, and if you have checked and have really only 1 reg file in that directory, then send to my mail adress the reg file and i help you.

all is ok now...file was got corrupted and VSD2XX.sys was not correctly placed in Windows\System32.
