Lg G4020

Trying to connect to the phone but it doesn't seem to work. Tried all the models (even the LG-L1100, LG-G7100 and LG-C1200) but when I press the power button, the phone turns on but doesn't read in the program. I want to send a flash but since that area is grayed out I can't do it. What now? The G4020 looks like the G4010 but with an external LCD.

Okay I take it back, I was just able to read it and unlock it using the L1100 setting. I had to disconnect the cable and remove the battery everytime I change a setting as oppose to my lazy way of just removing the battery. =) Anyways it works and I will be uploading the firmware to vygis later on. Great product!!!
