i have alreafy but lost the software i bought the software and dct4 cables for use with computer to flash any dct4 phone but i lost the software

software doesnt work maybe i need a special flashing cable that i can use the programm with because that programme doesnt work either the 3510i turned on the other day for about 12 hours and i went onto the internet and it stopped working and thats the same thing that happened when the phone stopped working and the other problem is, is that nobody even if they can fix it will give you at least £30 for it, now if i get it fixed i can sell it for £60
