Hello,

I am really in need of some help!!!

I got a cable today for my s40 and I tried to unlock it using software that I downloaded in this forum ( All New Siemens Without Testpoint, Siemens S40 tool v1.0).

After reading the settings on the phone, I saw that there was no simlock but some sort of problem with IMEI. I thought I would try to Flash it or change the EEprom and that didn't work.

Now when my phone powers on, it says "Phone Failure". I know that I changed the eeprom....so what do I do now?? Would a full flash fix this problem??? Please help!

Anyways, I need to locate the full flashfile for the s40. Can you help me where to find it? Also can somebody please tell me what is the best software to use for the s40 for flashing or repair??

I managed to download freia10 (which I must say is very nice) and ran the "read flash from phone function and selected the "firmware" option and this the follow message that I received:

What do you suggest I do? I am very new at flashing and I am not sure what are the correct steps to do. If you can offer more I advice, I will great appreciate it. Can someone please help me out??
