I have Vygis tool,and for now there is no lucky to unlock LG8120 ver 102 with these software.The phone who has IMEI started from 355............ buyed in Italy (Trieste),I could not unlock.
Maybe will be some update from mr. Vygis, i hope so.

Today was Test with RedBox v102----UNSUCSSESFULLY!

I try 1 LG U8120 v102 with griffin server all is ok he give me all codes
but when i enter 2945#*88110etc... i press ok to enter the code needed
the phone say USIM SBLOCATA????????????
I cant enter the code
unlock with redbox unsecsessfulll too
any idee

I bought Clip GTCL-001 in poland
And as i know this product support all version no need to update.
I unlock many phones LG 8120 till now but i can t see this version
And how can i see the version in This Lg
hi at all, i write all i have discovered about new ver 102.
you can unlock it at the moment just with griffin server :mad:
BUT it is necessarily that you dont have tried before with clip, blazer , red box or other because you make a bit of caos into lock location.
i will try to explain better , lg have probably change some location into flash
so if you try with clip write some location but not the correct location and
after this phone doesnt unlock not even with griffin :mad: :mad:
i have try and is true.
now the solution that we can try are flash the phone and see if come back
ok and try to downgrade one new 102 with ver 101 and try unlock it
normally. at the moment i dont try this because i dont have flash cable
i will post the result when i will make the cable

G1600 v100, C3100 v100, C1200 v107
U8120 v100 and 101 need tricks with power botton for unlock with blazer.!
I do not speak about v102. :)))))))))

Also griffin can unlock this phone if not unlocked first whit clip.
For all who have used clip or other prog. to unlock i think for the moment there isn't any solution, but if your phone is original you can unlock whit griffin. ;)

I have bought an LG U8129, unfertonately with firmware 102.
I have never tried to unlock it and i don't know where such software you are speacking about to unlock it (BLAZER V5.7 or Griffen) can be found.
Can you please help me telling where can i found them and how to proceed exactly to unlock my phone? I've never tried to unlock it before.

It's not freeware. No other box or software can't unlock it for now.
If you buy Griffin box, you must buy logs also... 1 log/1phone, but only if you haven't try to unlock it by clip or cable. And it works by IMEI.

I don't think so you can buy logs and have griffinaccess whitout GRIFFIN BOX. ;)

This job is not for amateurs like you my friend.
You need special cables.
Yes, the logger works without griffin box.
Better give it somewhere to have it unlocked.
If you try alone, you may kill the phone.
