The information you give is too incomplete.
Whay software you run, what cable you use ?
Also a screenshot could be helpfull..
- Seems your USBbox driver is not installed properly, from the error you mentioned)

hi man
ok,when i open oy 320
i get this BOS with error 58-driver type invalid
my MINI box is connected ti USB wire n also on lpt that other attachment
NO PHONE conected at this stange
any idea what do do now?
IS there NOW setup FILE that sends all software to all correct dir. etc
i have made sure all dll, in proper place etc

when i try
to open
dongle ID reader i get this error
E033A-HARDWARE key not found
what his means now
OK- you have not installed VygisUSBbox driver and also not the Dongle driver.
Instructions for use and installation you will find in the Usermanual in the support area.
But here one more time you find the Manual and in
www.gsmtoolS.ro/manual in driver directory you find the drivers.
Download them and extract the Vygisbox drivers in a folder.
- Disconnect usbbox and the dongle from the PC
- Run the dongledriver exe file
- Connect Dongle now
- Connect the VygisUSBox and when the Windows ask you for the location of the driver, then point it to the folder where you have extract the Vygisdriver rar file.
Now your software should work..
