I have read all info on forums concerning installation of viygis and downloaded and installed all files yet i continue to recieve this error message
Error E1D03 Hardware key not found.
Am I doing something wrong, need help to get viygis working. Can anyone help me. Thanks
Most probably you have not installed the Dongle driver; do exactly like here:

If still not ok, and you have LPT dongle, then change the LPT port settings
- And stick to your reseller for the basic support. He is THE FIRST ONE who must give you support.

I have done all of what has been said to do, also I have been in contact with my reseller but he has been unable to give me a working solution. If you could assist me, that would be great. I have tried so many times installing and reinstalling the files etc but no success.
Try on nother PC just to install the dongle driver and then to read dongle id, and tell me the result.
