3410 not valide SIM

[GSM SNIPER]

I have received two 3410 with contact service problem !

I flashed them (MCU+PPM+Eprom)

I have done all UI options ( Repair FAID ,reset software, initialise phone setings, unlock ...)

I put the SIM , in the first time (for 1 or 2 minutes ) the phones work well but after that they dispaly SIM not valid ( as they are not unlocked)!

Can you help me please ???
