Hi,
I Received A Phone After Customer Formatted And Entered Code Wrongly Five Times. Now Is Blocked And Is Asking For Phone Code. How To Solve This Problem With Martech. Thanks.

Sorry to bring back this very old thread, but just UNLOCK ALL LOCKS fixed your blocked security code on SX1?

you can use "calculate UNLOCK CODES" function fo SX1,
and remove security lock from phone's keypad.

What about 'phone start up failed' error07? Formated once, worked for a while, now phone format but dont start up.
What to do?
