program LG_1_24 I have an error message "registration file REGxxxx.DAT not found". how I can resolve?

You have to copy the .reg file (check mail) in same directory with the LG exe file.
Take care: ONLY one reg file must be in the directory.

i am also having the same problem, i copied all files as described but its saying bad registration file, what should i do?

-You must have in same directory with the exe + reg file, also 3 more files;
" Both DLL's - FTD2XX.dll and VSD2XX.dll must be placed in same directory,where the soft is, or in Windows\System.
VSD2XX.sys must be placed in Windows\System32.

I did yesterday, but i am sending you one again....
i dont know if its true but i am entitled to 2 reg files, LG and Alcatel, when i bought the kit from completefone they said their price includes alcatel activation...

I have the same problum. I have got twice registration file from Vygis team, but none of them were working. Please help me.

or simply ask them to send it to you as .zip or .rar...
I got same problems with customers and i sort them out in this way

Please post your screenshot with error message. And please tell also the name and the size of your REG file.

I have all the registration file, it just not working, keep give me "Bad registration file" error. but the lg software run with my old vygis alcatel dongle with the old registration file, just can't connect the phones. help please. :confused:
Bad registration file means usually:
- No reg file in the same directory with the .exe file
OR
- More then 1 reg file in the same directory with the .exe file .
You must have ONLY 1 reg file (the correct one) in the directory with the .exe file.
