Nobody knows how to unlock C62

I'm looking for solution how to unlock C62.
I downloaded C62_free.zip from somewhere, and it has logger,decrypter inside. There's a C62 cable pic.
Is this cable modification really needed, or there's another way of unlock ?

U have to make ur own cable to unlock C62 and this soft. will work for upto
20version.
