I order this clip last week - payment was made on Friday...
Today is Tuesday and I still don't have anything - not a even tracking number..
I send a lot of emails to Krusty , but he stop responding me since Monday morning ...
So I will not call him cheater for now, but today is 5th day after my payment and still nothing ...
But if he continues like this ... what else could do except start new thread here , regarding Krusty and his customer service ...

It seems to me that Krusty is possible just to write emails - today is 6th day after I made payment and I even do not have tracking number. Yesterday Krusty send me email saying that his partner will send me package but from then passes 24 hours and still nothing . I suppose his partner walks very very very very slow . Maybe someone can calculate when Krusty partner will arrive at DHL office and send my package ??? Or maybe someone must help him if he has lost himself ??? Maybe he is in trouble ??? Oh poor man - maybe something wrong happened to him ... How bad I am sitting here and compalining that I still don't have even tracking number on the 6th day after Krusty take my money !!!

As Krusty insists I write here to confirm that I have tracking number..
BUT checking it on http://www.royalmail.com/portal/rm gives following result:
We have received your item and it is being processed for delivery abroad.

So what kind of message is - anyone who have ever tried in his life DHL, UPS, or similiar knows that they give detailed information about package.

Observing this website and checking their services I found this :

Royal Mail Surface Mail Small Packets £1.06 Delivery Aim 28 Days
Royal Mail Airmail Small Packets £1.48 Delivery Aim 4 Days

Firstly you know the package has been dispatched to you as you can see it on the tracking.
Secondly people do not have the control over the royal mail

so when you recieve your clip and use it and knowing that it works please ammend your damaging posts. This type of posting will result in update not being released to future customers and only being released to those who have the clips. Dont forget that the solution for 313 ect is quite expensive at the moment and the update will be a small fraction of the cost.

the point im trying to make to you is that .

Did Krusty say to you that shipping would be made using DHL or did he just say postaga and packing 50 euros?

If he just said postage and packing 50 euros you cannot say anything , you agreed on a price of 50 euros for p & p . So as long as you can track it and know that is sent then you know that Krusty is reliable.

But if you agreed that postage was to be done by DHL then that is a matter to be taken up between you and Krusty.

This thread was started by someone who asked if the clips work and if Krusty is trustable. You posted he was not as you had not recieved you package.

for the start you said that you made payment on Friday. I can confirm to you that DHL and other like couriers do not pick up and make deliveries at weekends so the parcel would not have even left til monday. DHL deliveries take 3 days in Europe which would have made it Thursday. but all of this means nothing did you agree the price for DHL delivery or was it for postage and shipping.

also I want to correct you that DHL offers next day delivery for Europe (ordinary service) and also day offer mid-day express (you can recieve your package guaranteed in example at 9.00am or 12.00am). 3 days is for longer destinations or small towns inside the country ...

If you wanted express DHL, you should have insisted on it and instead of checking UK royal mail postage fee's, check DHL fee's and then you would know and then ask Krusty to send DHL and pay the extra for it.....

Man, you are sooooo impatient, and after you spitting dummy out of pram, I dont think anyone will want to sell to you, let alone Krusty!!

All you have done is waste bandwidth and peoples time and only loser now is you because you will not be supplied with any update to clip for 313/616

@Freewaycomms - your legal educations seems to be not enough to judge. Please find some book about obligation law and learn from them . From books you can see that when somebody propose terms of deal and other side says "Yes" this mean the other side accepts proposed terms. If terms are not discussed this mean they are accepted. But you could know this only if you read books - it is obviously you only watch films .... Being Krusty's lawyer doesn't give you right to sentence - it is job of the judge, not lawyer's :-)
But from films you can't learn that ...
... so my advise is to ask Krusty to buy you some books about law with the change I left him ... guys - do not drink this money - use them for better purposes :-)

If I buy this solution from outside UK, then I am expected to wait for sometime for the package to arrive!!

I sell to customers all over the world including valued members of this forum who are in U.S., Australia, Africa, and even Chile and sometimes the parcel can take 10 days to arrive, sometimes just 4 days, but there is no standard allowance for days when posting International signed for delivery. The 4 days is only guideline so you must understand and realise that no-one is ripping you off, but it is in the hands of the mail delivery company and for your information, any postal to Bulgaria has to go via Italy, so I think it may be that reason for delay as the last time I send International signed for parcel to Bulgaria it take 9 days to get there because of hold up in Italy.....

Its ok to blame a person if they did NOT send it (but it has been sent and you have tracking number), but next time just sit down with a beer and realx and think "I am really being ripped off" - because your inner thoughts will say "NO"

You will receive your parcel soon and then you will be embarrased for posting these silly posts.......and you know I am correct about this my friend!!

I know its been mentioned before but if its just between you and Krusty why post here.

Ive got to know Krusty only by my dealings with him and I know that I'm also in the UK but when he says (date) he posted something to me even if takes a week the postmark has always been the date he says. If hes been delayed in posting he tells you. Krusty is 100% trustworthy trader.
I'm just wondering if the post your end forgot to ask for signature and you taking advantage of it. Just a thought as no one else seems to have a problem.

I know its been mentioned before but if its just between you and Krusty why post here.

Ive got to know Krusty only by my dealings with him and I know that I'm also in the UK but when he says (date) he posted something to me even if takes a week the postmark has always been the date he says. If hes been delayed in posting he tells you. Krusty is 100% trustworthy trader.
I'm just wondering if the post your end forgot to ask for signature and you taking advantage of it. Just a thought as no one else seems to have a problem.

I still didn't receive it but as soon as I get it I will check postmark date as you say and will let you know abot this !

have u ever thought about the postal service lost ur package..if package have been sent and have a tracking no. then it is responsibility of the postal firm..if u have not recieved ur package then chase them up..u might even get compensation...krusty is a cool guy..i never dealt with him b4 but wen i wanted clip he sent out immediately and txt me the tracking no. now that is customer support....

how long after he send your clip you receive it ??? till today it is 2 week exactly and I still don't have it ... last week I go to all possible international post stations in city searching for my package and nothing. I filled enquiry at main post station about lost package but still no anwer from them... later this day I will go to customs - from one postal station they said me maybe it is there .... hope will find it ... I get sick with this searching ...

Maybe it is time that Krusty send you clip on his pocket with fedex,dhl or tnt..
This is not so much lost money..but his name will be cleared and all of you will be satistified and his bussines will grow up..

Finally somebody understand the whole situation - but please it is very important to know that in fact I paid for DHL delivery, not mail delivery - if you read previous posts you will see it ...
...about little hope - I filled enquiry in main postal station about lost package and they promised that I will have result untill end of the day (today)...

I think that is fair from Krusty side that he send you new package with dhl and send you tracking number if no lucky with main postal station!
Bcos,Krusty,you on this way loosing some customers...bcos i non stop reading this posts bcos i know that Latigido is 100% fair guy!

I got it today - postal stamp from UK says 17th november ...this is when Krusty says he send it - no conflict with your statement...

hi, krusty, i have read all of the posts in this list and i see that there were some miscommunication coing on, first of all you are not a cheater, (obviously), he got his package right, but i think the blame is fifty fity, you should have answered his question about the shipping with DHL etc. his fault is that he is less concerned with the fact that he will get the package and sometimes it takes time, and what is this about the fifty euros, man just pay the money and stop whining. enough said please guys put the isse behind you and lets all get along. Krusty please dont be denying him upgrades or anything in the future ok. he is a good guy, i bet he was just anxious to get the product you know.

strange - mine has two leds, maybe yours is diferent if it has only 1 led - better ask Krusty for instructions , because mine instructions could confuse you if clip is different version !

every things cool between us now :D :D

1/ connect 9v batt to the clip

2/ connect clip to phone....no batt on phone please........both leds will turn on....if they dont...put batt on phone and remove it..(forced power up of the clip)....2 LEDS ON :D

3/ press button untill green led only is on ...then connect batt (you have 4 seconds to connect the battery)

4/ red led will be ON green led will flash 5 times ....then both will flash together...... ;) ;) ;) ..UNLOCKED!!!!

if the leds flash ....red on green off..green on red off you were too slow connecting the batt

I write emails to Krusty allmost every wheek since december and NO REPLY. He even didn't make effort to reply me - after put so many words assuring me that upgrade will be ready in december and i will receive it he disapeared ;-(((
Now I almost give up and again I am so tired of Krusty that now I think he has to admit that all this store with the update was big BALLOON !!!
So our money are collected and we are waiting for update .
Are we IDIOTS ??? - obviously Krusty is not IDIOT because he has our money !!! So everyone who bought Krusty clip could consider himself IDIOT like myself !!!

Yes I state before I consider myself idiot because I bought this clip for promised updates for 313,616 etc... As I explain to Krusty before buying it I want to have it for coming updates mainly... So in fact I have unlocked maybe 5 pcs. 808 and 5 pcs. 606 last year. This year - NONE ! And I am not lucky that clip will be upgraded, because I bought it with PROMISE to be upgraded ! And that's the reason why I bought it - because it was stated - UPGRADE GUARANTEED ! And maybe your clip is upgrade ??? I write many times to Krusty, because I have friends in UK which are saying me that they have seen working clip for 313,616 even 338 maybe month ago, even before FT server . And I ask Krusty about it and no reply !!! No information - nothing. So if you are satisfied by your clip - OK be happy. Maybe someday I will be happy too. I just hope if I receive update someday that 313,616 will still be available on market.

There i NO clip in UK or elsewhere that does 606/808 and 313/616 as these use different software. I havent seen a clip for 313 yet but that doesnt mean it doesnt exist but I'm sure 606/808/313/616/338 clip doesnt. :(

I didn't say it is one clip for both 606/808 and 313/616. I said clip for sure exist 100% for 606/808 (yes we have it :-) and exist 99,99% for new N*E*C.
We can bet on this :-)
At least you are in UK and could make some phone calls to your friends or competitors and if you make research you will change your opininion about existence of 313/616 clip!
