Probably your phone was software version V100.
For THIS VERSION unfortunately seems there is another LCD type, and you cannot put russian inside by upgrading.
You have to write back the backup, or another flashfile from one other V100 phone.
This problem is only for this C1100 V100 phone, for newest software versions there is no problem.
I will upload this v100 flashfile on the support area today, so if you need it you can take from there.

Thank for You reply fast, Gobi, the phone software is really V100. I've made a back up of phone, so i have no problems with phone restoring.
Please send me flash files versions from the list, You need first of all.
