We are glad to announce the new LG V1.25 software update for VygisToolbox:

It is the FIRST SOFTWARE ABLE TO Unlock/Relock/Repair Lock area for LG U8120 V102, EVEN if you have tryed to unlock with other software before!!!

Also added new phone models: LG-G4011 and LG-G4020

Hint: If your LG 8120 V102 was ''touched'' by another software before - THEN LOCK IT FIRST to any network you like, and then procede to normal UNLOCKING. It works 1000% ...

yeah gobi congrats in all the work and effort u and mr vygis have made to achieve this great update! u said u were going to make this update and u kept your word,this is really important for me,i already told all my italian friends and u cant imagine how jelous they are! i think u will sell lots of toolboxes in the next future! just one thing...plz put a little guide to unlock this u8120 v102.i have to open the new software and then "STILL" select lg u8120...? just press unlock as i was doing with u8120 v101? thanks in advance for your help! :)

P.S:i have to say that there is a little bad new but i will shut up for now cause right now is party time so i wont bring any other problems for now!

and LG U8130 v101_1022 is supported also??
this is the last firmare version (on the package says SW:U8130-v101-Oct-22-2004)
Griffin clip doesn't work with this version.

Hi,

- Just to make it right: All Credit for the Updates goes to mr. Vygis

- About V102 unlocking:

If the phone was not '' Touched'' by any unlocking software before, just select U8120 and press ''Unlock''
After this follow the instructions in the software window: WITHOUT SIM, power on phone, press 2945#*88110# and you will see a familiar Sony-Ericsson locks menu. Just select the locked level and enter the Code for it.

If somebody has tryed with unlock software - then you have to go to the U81xx menu (check picture in first message of this thread) and Relock the phone first.
After this just do a normal Unlocking procedure and that's it ...

i tested it this morning and it worked,i can confirm that the new software works!

psx:connect the phone to the cable for 81xx ,press the unlock button without sim.it will give u some codes then u just have to follow the instructions! it does work,great vygis!

gobi can u make this question to mr vygis plz? do i fisically need the phone that i need to unlock plugged to the vygistoolbox or perhaps there is a way to unlock a phone via internet...? if i have the imei of the phone can i give it to the software so that he can give me back the right unlock key? thanks in advance!

also another question:if i try to unlock a 8120 with the old software using this new version(1.25) would it work? i am pretty curious,anyone knows?

I have questions

I have one today from Italy and it was rete block (rete=network). I enter NCK and code was wrong, then I enter other 3 codes and all was wrong,then I stop to enter other two codes because I`m afraid to block phone.

1.Can be LG8120 V102 blocked by wrong entering codes?
2.If we block them what shold we do?
3.How many wrong trys we have?

The relock -> unlock operation is more about GDFS ''repairing'' (This phones are actually Sony-Ericsson inside) then about counter resetting, but just Relock the phone and then unlock it and all will be ok.

After unlock U8120 with Vygis box(super box!!!) must type the codes .
But there are lot of them.And what means the letter before the codes??
Which codes must be used -all of them ????
