after falling on ground can't turn on,when i try to turn it on screen I can se samsung greating massage and then freeze and turn of,what to do...
Some of ball(s) is/are broken, play little with hot-air

but what can I rehot all are glued,and I can't remove glue
Glue in Samsung is not hard, You can remove IC very easy, but sometime some pads from pcb will detach, so do it only with dead phone.
Same problem.
I've reballed all ICs - doesn't help. Fullflashin doesn't help. Any suggestions?

I have found one solution that worked out for 2 pcs that i had on repairing...
On the side with keyboard down near charger conector you have 2 SMD IC one with 24(4way)legs and one(i think this is charging IC) with 16(4way)leg . If i am not mistaking 16legs ic is with problem. Personaly i have change bought.
If ok post here experience
Other posibility if hard part is ok will be bad EPROM data. For that you have to use one uplader made by ELCO and upload full flash to phone. u will need cable for that. In this weekend i will try to upload all this to some site...just write if u nee them...

Same prob with freezing also...
After upgrade with ufs...Not ok
After rehoting the small black Ic's in the front side near the Mic it seems ok..

not working for me ..
donno what is happening..
i am able to do RESET MMI but same problem remains, but when i read the mobile INFO then the IMEI of my phone is FFFFFFFF and i am unable to REBUILD IMEI with UFS...
