I just bought Martech SIEM USB Box PLUS II ,but i don't anything about it .
I cannot install it .I don't even know how to install it .
The reseller (multicom) ask me to register at martech support page and download flash and software .He only send me 1 red box and 2 blue boxes and some cables .
Only this , no CD , he said it is illegal to send flashes ,software and drivers
I want someone to help me with all what i need to
first install my soft ,second operate it

Hello Martech, i paid C65 upgrade at western union since yesterday and sent email to martech@hot.pl about the details but i have still received nothing from you .
No confirmation of receiving the money and no upgrading and my customers are getting impatient

1) please register on our support forum:
www.martech.pl/forum
2) send your username to email support@martech.pl
3) your account will be activated and you'll be able to get drivers, updates etc...

I already registered in your nice forum and sent 2 mails to support@martech.pl but dunno why untill now I still can't access your support site :(

Martech why not attend to my case .I SAID I PAID FOR X65 UPGRATE ABOUT A WEEK NOW AND I STILL MY X65 IS NOT UPGRADED .
I PAID AT WESTERN UNION AND SENT ALL DETAILS AT martech@hot.pl
Look my friend , i invested my money and i need to recover it back with my customers money .
