I can only see "x" in box, no picture

Also.. one question....in 3310 , should there be 3.6 volts on pa, or only continuity? I can find only continuity, no voltage on pin 4 and 5. please guide.

Are U sure that U replaced the resistor with a semiler varistor ( 50v/14volt ) ?
if correct u have to be sure that it is well soldred from both tips ( useing flux of corse ) , finally U may have destroyed it with exessive heat !!?
