Is not a problem of your phone. You can´t install rar files directly.

ya the best way to upgrade ur firmware is by sending it to the nokia care centres for an upgrade.....
it does not cost much(free if under warranty) and it doesnt even "spoil" the phone so go ahead do it....
dont give ur phone to some private company claiming to "upgrade" ur firmware because they do not have the equipment nor the experience to.....
and if u wanna change ur screensaver to anything to want here is the best software.....

Reset the Nokia 6600 to its factory settings (deep reset, full format, contacts lost): *#7370#
Reset the phone normally, more like a restart (contacts and 3rd party progs remain): *#7780#
The standard security code in Nokia phones is 12345

Alternatively, switch the phone off. Hold down the [ * ] (or [8]), [ 3 ] and the green [Send] button - keep them all pressed together and switch on the phone. Keep them pressed until the word "formatting" appears on the screen, then it's o.k. to release the buttons. The screen will fill in black from the left hand side. Wait until it's fully black, then the phone should restart and is reformatted, back to it's original state. This means it will be configured to the original factory settings and the user area will be empty.

Turn the phone phone off, press the green [Send]+[ * ]+[3], then power on. This wipes the C: drive completely, and copies the original information from the Z: drive, which is a 22MB ROM drive which cannot be edited in any way, back to the C: drive. This only works with certain software versions on the Nokia 6600. WARNING: 1. Keep the power on at ALL times during the formating, or else it will corrupt the phone's memory for good. 2. Make sure you know your MultiMedia memory card password, as the password will be wiped off the phone and it will need to be entered after formatting.

Try the *#7780# sequence before doing this.

Tested on SX1, installed on phone memory, when open asks to "Set a Password" I puted one like for eg "a1aa", then need to confirm it. Now entered in the program, pressed options, register, and entered a number like for eg "1111" and voila!!! :)

MiniGolf, as the name suggests doesn’t exactly represent the game of golf in its entirety. Think of it as Golf, lite. The game is pretty straightforward. The menu is minimal yet functional, and if there is anything exceptional about it, it is the instructions: They are quite detailed and describe at length the keys and their uses in the game. And not only are the instructions well written, little images are also used to augment them, thus helping you better understand what you’re reading.

Gameplay in MiniGolf boils down to 3 courses with 9 holes each. Every one of the holes looks well designed (read, moderately difficult), and the landscape graphics look like they came out of Rollercoaster Tycoon, or The Sims. The keys are well placed and comfortable to even the most novice of midlet gamers, and the aiming system is also quite easy to get used to—this mostly consists of rotating your character towards where you want the ball to go and then setting the power of the shot. Between holes your score is shown on a nicely drawn scorecard. If, for some reason your gameplay is interrupted mid-swing, you can just save the game and come back to it later. But here, ladies and gentlemen, is where the ultra-turf ends and the sand pit begins.

The holes in MiniGolf, although nice to look at, were (in my experience) quite difficult to complete on par (triple bogey was more like it). The surrounding graphics were rendered beautifully, showing the rise and fall of terrain in good detail, and this by itself would have made up for the gnawing difficulties of the holes were it not for your totally un-animated character. He sort of just stands around and swivels on his heels, and sometimes you wonder how the ball moves at all considering that he doesn’t swing. After I while I lost all feeling of association with him and just tried to concentrate more on the ball. Also the scrolling system is blocky which made viewing the holes a bit tiresome and the “rotating view” turned out to be just a 180 degree shift in perspective. If it’s any consolation though, the physics modeling in the game is awesome, and quite evident in the way the ball moves across terrain (much to my unskilled minigolfing dismay).

All in all, Atatio’s Minigolf is a nice and well done mingolf game; Even fans of Golf simulations should check out this game for quick fun in between.

Just tested on a SX1 and works well.

Yes "Register Now" is there, but there´s some limitation? I mean, does it says "to do this you need to register" or something in some option?
I just tried it for a minute and restarted the phone and all, and is ok, at least for the minute I tried, didn´t appeard any limitation... so why we would need to click "register now"?

Please, all people trying, let me know if some limitation appear about needing to register it.

Meanwhile I´ll keep an eye on SX1 and try it out once in a while to see if still remains as it was.
