Direct unlock/lock or by code

Repair "Phone Freeze" (just press unlock and freeze is removed)

Short pin 2 and 3 of a female DB9 and plug it to COM port :D
That is the secret ;)
Or use another way of connecting RX and TX directly (MBUS cable should work too)
Software work with USB cable (no need USB-COM cable).
Don´t forget to install first USB drivers.

I have not tested all the Procedure, but I think it works, becasue I have make all the steps before with the cutting green wire and Unite the 2-3 pin to it, but I have not think about to remove the 2-3 pin cable again.

I will post result when I test it.

There is no need to cut the green wire (D1) of USB cable , only need to connect COM 1 DB9 pin 2 (TX) and 3 (RX) together, or you can even use MBUS cable for this purpose .

It works with no problem at least for me .

If the connections are fine... the problem should be the drivers.
The files that comes within the z105.rar file are pre-instalation drivers,
attention to that... you sould install full drivers with the phone connected,
after that run the start procedure.

yes that's correct after changing usb port manualy it works after first atempt,

Yes. just use the original USB cable and then short out pins 2 and 3 on your COM1 with a jumper or piece of wire. If you got a laplink/serial cable, just plug in one end and use a piece of wire to short out pins 2 and 3 on the other.

You don't need to build a custom cable.

usally tele-way and usb cables come with wrong wire connected inside s100 connector

open and chage white and blue to <> and than connect powered fone with usb and install drivers
include modem drivers

than use db9 connector short 2-3 and make 1 wire (green )
and connect that wire with usb green wire during operation
when detect com than detach that wire

all shoud be ok

U all should start to understand a little better your OS REGISTRY , u can do so much things ...... :p

If u have the USB modem assigned to a port higher than 10 just run REGISTRY editor and in FIND write "COM10" or 6,7,8,9,11 or 12 or .....value data , delete all the values that appear , in this way u don´t need to uninstall any sw or modem´s, and this is useful for other sw like Sharp, Nec...all the sw that uses USB emulation port connection and only have available from COM1 to COM10 to choose.

U don´t need to connect any green wire, just install usb drivers, connect USB cable with phone ON, shunt pin2 and 3 from Serial COM1 run software , choose the correct MODEL and BUYER (for IMEI change select [00]OnlyIMEI ), than just do what u got to do!

Drivers and software for Z105 work 100% with Z107 [at least for me :D ]

Is the usb cable that came with the phone the right one? Is the "Qualcomm IMEI WRITE SYSTEM For Z105 (Advanced Service by ELCO)" the right one? :)

If i just unlock i won't loose the IMEI? Many people are saying they loose RF Cal Date and IMEI.
