I paid this martech people at western union for my x65 activation about a week and still i have not receive my activation .I sent all payment details to them .I am a new martech customer .Is this the kind of slowly,slowly support they give to their customers ? I am not used to this style .
IN THIS DAY AND AGE CUSTOMERS NEED PROMPT SUPPORT

Maybe there was problem with your email server and we didn't get yous message.
All users with activations requests are replied immediatelly (max 1 day latency) in working days (Monday-Friday), and sometimes on Saturday too.

yes go to martech forum and post or send mail I sent mine and was activated within 24 hours PROMPT SERVICE DELIVERY from martech

How can you that , i event sent you PM through forum with all details and yet no reply .If you like i give details on forum .By the way , check again you email for the details
