Thank you for replay !
Have you an idea to revive quikely an M550 dead by using hight voltage (>15volts) !
I have tried to unlock It .I have used Power supplay ! I haven't checked the voltage ! result dead phone before unlock IT!
Help me please !

I think I just encountered same problem !!!
Mione is about 7 Volts, but did not bother to check Rx Tx.
Now phone consumes about 4 volts, and when left alone, becomes very very hot.

Tell me if U solved your problem.
