T 200 Not Starting

HI FRIENDS,
i have a T200 which is not starting.
it restarts everytimes i starts it by pushing on button and it goes blank,
then it retarts again and off and on and off...... continuously, untill i take out the battrey.
problem started when i droped it by fautl.
its new. with no dammages from outside.
no dammages from inside too.
:(
what can b the cause.
it show charging sign & "battry full" massage only.
battrey is ok.
pls help as soon as posible :(

heat the beard gently and flash your phone it should work

i dont know how to flash the mobile, dont have proper software and flashing software.

please help....
