samsung sch-a650 image download

my friend have a samsung sch-a650 and i try many software to download an image or a ringtone to the phone by usb cable but it dosent work. the driver for the cable was intalled corectly. if anyone know a software to download img or ringtone to this model my friend will be happy(he spend 20$ for the cable on ebay!!!)
