Cable for new siemens x6x serie please help

Please I need help with building Siemens x6x serie cable.
I have schematic for c62 but don`t have for other x6x phones.
Also I have connector.
I need it for serial RS232 based on Max232 interface.

this is same as for x5x serie only to add from pin 5 and 7 to GND via 15 kohm resistor
