Can not connect C65 with Siemens Eeprom Tool

I can read log from phone, flash phone , but in Eeprom Tool's i have problem.
If i try connect phone with software i see error
Power on, ok Service Mode on phone display.
Getting info ...and paste Error N2(ChipsetQwerty)...
Stop statement encountered:(

How solve problem ?

I think this EEPROM Tool Version don't support this phone model

Turn the phone on without sim card inside and press init button.
