please give me asolution to unlock my c65 .
when press the unlock button the program reed the emei and it say power on the phone after when i power on it (feiled to inter service mode)

I get the same error, it can read the hash and the Siemens official software says it upgraded my firmware...
but I didnt notice a change from C65, V12 A950
it was the same but the whole process went thru.
I can use the X65.exe and it doesnt do anything other than read the hash, tells me to shut off the fone and turn on and then tells me (failed to enter service mode) retry or not? I know the hash is right because I got the same hash from another program. but that program cant open the CTLCOM32.ocx, even tho I installed it 5 times.
i'm using a few aftermarket cables I got off of ebay..
both serial and USB, drivers for the USB are just some USB to serial adapter drivers, sitting on com7. the serial cable wont even read it.
this is really fustrating. and when it can read it, martech or any other software, it wont unlock or just shuts off the fone.

i got the same error too. the phone cant go into the service mode, and after many tries, the problem still there
my phone is a c65 v12 a195 from fido, canada
