What DCT4 flasher type is it ? (see Attachment)

I have found some days ago this schematic and also the related
HEX program for the PIC in the schematic.

Please, someone could say me what type of flasher is ity ?

1) What software, program, do I have to use with it ?
2) Related to answer 1) (software to use) I could flasher Nokia 6610i ?
