Treo 600 Problem after unlock

i have different problem in treo 600 this time

i unlock 3 sets before but this tim
after

1) card export install
2) hard reset
3) firmware update install
4) hard reset

i insert sim phone still remain in wireless mode off , and when i dial 111 and send mobile option comes do u want to switch on i click yes after reset mobile still in same condition

i revise step 3 4 times but problem is same

any one saw this problem can help me plz

I Also Have Same Problem As Moosani After Update Wireless Mode Does Get On.before Updating Treo 600 Was With This Details:
Imei: Xxxxxxxxxx77297
Hssn: Xxxxxxxxxx0pb
Sa No: Xxxxxxx33
Firmwire: 03.05
Soft: Treo 600-1.12-ouk
Now After Using Patch File T6gsmup305 Now Phone Info Says:
Imei: Blank
Hssn: Xxxxxxxxxx0pb
Sa No: Blank
Firmwire: Blank
Soft: Treo 600-1.12-ouk.
I Upgraded Patch File Through Sd Ram. Now What To Do.

Any one know how to solve the camera problem? after i unlock it, the camera of the Treo 600 not working, only the lights like the rainbow color.
