griffin

i want to ask any profitional in griffin,i have to boxes i upgreat the two to the new vertion 2.068 in my pc every thing is working but when i want to sand one of the griffin to another shop he tell me:i download every thing from the griffinteam but all flash files not runing (on his pc).
before some one comes to my shop and install every thing about griffin to my pc now i lost the cd can any one help me. :)
