invalid integer valu on C65

[JAVA Good]

I have 2 C65 for unlock, and after read information and power off, I clikl "YES" and power on, the software send me this mesage :
"is not valid integer valu" ?

anny help pls ?
and what is best software for unlock x65 pls ?
