I recently bought the nec e616v from woolworths near me , and i got it home and have had a look at it and found out that it was really the e616 in disguise ,i decided to keep the phone for a bit ,no problems appeared untill i went to make a phone call . i couldnt hear any voices but they could hear me i got my house phone and rang my new nec e616 and i could hear things like clicking and some wierd things i had both phones in my hands and there was no noise around me , then the phone kept restaring itself ,i have had alot of trouble with this phone my camera isnt very good even when the light is on , i have phoned up 3help centre and got through to a bloke that wasnt english (could hardly speak a word ) i told him the problems i was having and he said that i can take the phone back to the shop and get a replacement ,i said to the bloke that there was no way they would be able to give me a new one because they have not got any in stock , he kept saying to take it back to the shop. i asked him if i could get a replacement from 3 he said that they have to do 3 repairs on the same handset before they can change it
so i agreed to have the phone sent in to repair he said that the phone will be flashed and checked over and they will return it on christmas day
wat do you think am i gonna still have probs with the phone after christmas or not
