latest FLASH for 7250i

am brand new to this forum. i have 7250i with SVK Eurotel SIM. previously i had US Cingular SIM in it with no problems. ever since I brought it to Europe I started to have numerous problems (random shutting down, shutting down during the call, freezing, etc). After reading couple threads I found this to be normal issues with 7250i. My current software is 3.22 and I've seen the latest to be 4.63 (or 5.30 on German sites).
Any clues where I could find the latest FLASH exe in English?

the phone is off warranty so PLZ don't even try to send me to the provider,thx 4 understanding

no idea? at all? I think it could be a battery problem - a friend of mine took his 7210 original NOKIA battery pack apart and found a bad connection between the parts (not sufficient contact). After replacing for a new battery problems dissapeared.

could this be the same or is it connected to firmware?
