We Sun-tone Electronics wish to thanks all members of this forum for making this valuable site like a FAMILY in the gsm market.
We learn a great deal from DELL computers that direct sales and support is really benefit all those in the GSM industy.
Often we do get alot of feedback from end-user that they are unable to get replacement cables thus even with the hardware they are unable to perform their task. Its not the problem of the hardware's developer / seller / programmer but largely due to our large order that we cannot deliver in time or maybe a delay in shipement to various part of the world.
We have revised and finally emplyed another 12 staff under a new direct-order department to handle even " 1 cable direct-sales" to the end-user at the wholesale price. Our response team will act immediately and goods will be dispatch with 2 hours time. This is also to show our support to the hardware's developer and seller whom had thru the past years make our company not the biggest but SUCCESSFUL MOST in the industry. We nearly captured about 88% of the whole GSM cable market in the world.
We sincerely thanks our supporter/partners whom we have supply them with all the necessary cables in order that their products sell well and fast:
