Hehe (c) Crew You have been told ? Dont believe what others tell you. Have you taken the time to evaluate this software ? I dont think so. Show me just 1 other program which have the wealth of options as this program and I'll believe you !!!
What I specially like is that you can customize alot of the features yourself, works on internet/intranet. Clients can track their phones progress from anywhere via your own server, real time that is.
I'm using this soft for long time now. And they make improvements all the time. So dont judge anything untill you knwo what your talking about.,..l.
ect ect ect etc ect.

I think this is 'hear say' report. Why cant you buy this product and confirm yourself.

first of all, i ll try to explain you our 2 programs and the main differences between them
1. CodecSoft is a standalone program for small workshops who want to keep records on only 1 computer and offers indeed fewer features than PhoneTrack ( client server system ). We want to state here that CodecSoft is especially created for customers who dont want PhoneTrack as it might be too complex for small businesses.
If you need to test it please download eval version from http://www.codec.op.ro/PhoneTrack_KIT/CodecSoft_setup.exe and make yourself an opinion about it
2. PhoneTrack is a client server system ( ERP type ) which offers lots of features for GSM businesses with shops, service centers, warehouses, multiple locations, etc.
Also, we are curently working on further improvements on PhoneTrack that will bring new important features and will correct some of the defficiencies reported by our customers.
Our site is currently down for several days, though the mail server is back online again so we can receive mails.
We thank you all for your opinions and we re welcoming you to test our software and make yourselves an opinion

you can also get one from Multicom-poland. But Codec is more comprehensive.
