CF62 Soft upgrade from 11 to 12

I tried to upgrade my CF62 to v.12 with Winswup, and it says that can't ping the fone....?
What to do?
Tried with fone switched on/off, with pre-check and not.

The mobile should be ON while you press START in WinSwup :)

it doesn't give any results.
Besides v12 is not official update so i think that mobile should be off...
