T630 R4C003 can't read all codes

Dear friend,
I used DIVLPT5.0 and connect T630 as described in subject. First I check RSA, and program told me RSA is NOT active.
I back to unlock choose T630 and put "read all codes", after bypass boot"
I turn on and when 100% finished nothing happand

Please could someone help me

You cant read codes in phone like T300, T610, T630, Z600 and etc.
Select Clear Sp Locks and Read All Codes and Do jobs;)

I successful unlock phone without clear SP, just need to press three-four time "POWER ON", after that it goes to initiate mode and after loading data phone was unlocked.
After that on the same way I unlocked T230. Only selected "read all codes"->"Do jobs"
Just pressed red botom several times, and :)
