Nec e228 v16 can't enter code

I have Nec e228 v16, I've readed codes - phone is network locked, but after entering code nothing happend and display. What is wrong? Is this version not supported or counter blocked or something else?

1 either phone has been attempted guess codes and is blocked
2 or if you are using soft such as furious possibly wrong codes

entering wrong codes given by furious too many timeswill lead to the phone being blocked
