Unlocking P800

DIV USER manuel say :
Use DIV USB 3.1 dont use Div 8.4 Select P800 on the top of the program then hit "Read All Codes" then enter the codes into the P800. To enter the codes hit <**< onto your phone when a SIM card is IN the phone. You must have a SIM card in the phone.


My question is :
i must hit ** or <**< ?? how to hit the < character ??

Have anyone do the unlocking for the P800??

<**< implies that you hit 'left', *star*, *star*, *left*. Although I can't recall the P800 having a *left* button, I'm thinking maybe the toggle has something in it all. Make sure you read more than one manual/tutorial before you go about attempting to unlock the cell.

What is the difference between "Clear Sp Locks" and "read all codes"???

Clear SP Locks means you take away the Service Provider lock on the phone that forces you to use certain cpp's. Try to Search for things you want to know about that phone. Its not new, so there's alot of info on it.
