6310 problems in carkit

my 6310 is not working well in my carkit. the microphone does'nt work. can somebody show me the contacts, which is which so I can fix it? the second question is, what is the difference with the 6110, because I also have a carkit for this one, but the later models won't work in this
is there anybody that can give me tips?
