you must change first bite in field 16138 to "4"

for example

Your fileld 16138 is "0A00"
change to "4A00" and restart phone :-))))

maybe SMS character counter is better name...
and I can confirm it - working very good on MY X-6 (My x-5 not support this)

which value have your field 16138 now?
and firmware of your phone?

In field 16138 I've found "0100". I was trying with changing it to "4100", "4200", "4A00" - only result was activation of zoom and deactivation of acknowledgement :/

Is it firmware version: 251309235 ??
