t720 850/1900 Flex

Does anyone have a copy of the North America 850/1900 flex file? i've tried both
of the following, but both give me 1900 only:
T72x_T-Mobile_1900-Mhz.vhs
T720i_T-Mobile_(VoiceStream)_Camera_model_92557XZBSA11B.vh s

EDIT: i've also heard about a cingular .seem, i'm trying to use this w/ cingular, so that'll (hopefully) work with this one, if anyone has this, please send!
