e600 freezes upon going to camera menu

I got an e600 with phone functioning well but it freezes when going to camera menu.

does anyone encountered this thing yet and how to fix this problem?

check flex cable,like usual,it´s Samsung phone!

so its a hardware thing. i try opening the phone up tomorrow. :) thnx for the lead.
