Hy!
i've tried to download ipls 2 from "techmouse" or mobile3g.altervista.org but this links doesn't work. anybody who want's to help me please give a link for ipls2 , so i can flash my phone please i need you guys listen me heeeeeelp!!!! :confused: :( i have an nec e228 counter blocked i supose and i want to try a flash please help with a link!!!!!!!

I have the above software, with the flash files, can you provide me with some space to upload to? You need to confirm whether flashing will clear blocked counters though...

oo thnks, but i don't know to make a space for upload with ftp, sorry, give me a link ,your link from your destionation where you have de ipls2 program or you can try to upload here ,http://schema99.host.sk/ i dont't if is posibile but you can try if you want but more comod is with de link i think! as you wish but please help me i try to unlock my e228 with that nec free but is blocked don't work!! sorry for my english!

yes but if you downgrade on a sv 07 you can unlock the phone to one sim card is temporary but is good for the moment!! can you provide me a link
