Remove old version first (if is any) Install software,install drivers,Connect dongle to USB port & start software.

hi i installed a agere attack v 3.6.1 and including the dongle. i tried to unlock those phones Samsung E715, Samsung D418, and Samsung X426. it didnt work. i got an error. pleae help me. thanks

power on the phone & press unlock when phone its in power on or power off process.will work 100%

Yes it was a cable problem,as i have got the 10 in one to day and the AA has worked Thanks .but i had a E700 and it did not worked whit the e700 cable but will tray one more time .can i do e700 to e710 so it will work in canada PLs let me konw .

No u cant convert E700 to E710.they are diferent platforms.But E700 will work in Canada.
