changing between phones ??

im new to all cdma , and was wondering for some help i dont seem to find anyware ....
i have a non working sk5400 (no signal )and have here another sk 5400fully workingbut disconected from the network for not paying bill's .
i have corect cable , and have found programs to change ESN and phone number .
what else do i need to change to get phone working ?
i have been tols about a-key and ssd_A ssd_b , i didnt fine anything about them or how to fins/set them in the phone.
i have found a-key calculetor , and set a working a-key in the phone , still cant get it to work on my number.
please some help.

Read ssd_a and akey (if it's used on your network), write new esn, adjust the channels, sid/nid pairs, download a new prl (if needed). Ain't rather difficult, but add some brain, and good luck.

both phones are from same network . so i guess all channels are the same ?
what do i use to read ssd and akey ? all i tired give me 0000000 or unreadable .....
