lg 8120 flash

problem in flashing 8120.

i got v103 , want to downgrade to v101 to unlock.

i prepared flash cable(comport + usb)

searched the whole forum,

tried many procedures,
but when i power on the mobile, flasher is not accepting it.
it still saying(power on the target).

but cablle is o.k (working with babe unlocker, and also sensed by usb)

what to do?
